When to Call 911
EverSpring is not a replacement for emergency services. If a resident is in immediate danger, call 911 first. Our clinicians are available to provide guidance and coordinate care after the emergency is stabilized.
Telehealth services have limitations. Not all conditions can be diagnosed or treated remotely. Our clinicians will recommend in-person care or emergency services when clinically appropriate.
